CHILDREN’S NON-CONTACT BOXING | JUNIOR PROGRAM 6–16 years

Our Children’s Non‑Contact Boxing program helps young athletes build confidence, make friends, and learn the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, supportive environment. Each session includes a warm‑up with skipping and shadowboxing, followed by one‑on‑one pad work and time on the heavy bags to develop coordination, technique, and overall fitness. It is a safe, empowering program with no contact and no pressure—just skill‑building and enjoyment.
Competitive Boxing Junior (8-16 years)

Our Competitive Junior Boxing program is for athletes aged 8 to 16 who are registered with Boxing Ontario and aiming to compete under Canadian Amateur Boxing guidelines. Training focuses on building technical skill, discipline, and confidence for club shows and Provincial or National tournaments.
Sessions include a structured warm‑up, shadowboxing, heavy‑bag work, and one‑on‑one pad work. With certified, experienced coaches and supervised sparring, athletes receive balanced, progressive training to support their competitive goals.
Competitive Boxing Youth (17-18 years)

The Competitive Boxing Youth program is open to all those aged 17 to 18 years, registered with Boxing Ontario, who want to challenge themselves with the goal of competing under the Canadian Amateur Boxing Guidelines. This program will focus on developing technical skills, self-discipline and confidence of athletes who are able to compete in club shows as well as Provincial and National Tournaments. Athletes will participate in a general warm-up, shadow boxing, heavy-bag work and one-on-one pad work. Led by certified and experienced coaches, athletes can expect rewarding and balanced training including supervised sparring to achieve their goals.
Competitive Boxing Elite (19+ years)

Our Competitive Elite Boxing program is for athletes 19+ who are registered with Boxing Ontario and aiming to compete under Canadian Amateur Boxing Guidelines. Training focuses on developing the technical skills, discipline, and confidence needed for club shows and Provincial or National Tournaments.

Co-Ed Recreational Boxing

Our Co‑Ed Recreational Boxing class welcomes beginners, intermediate, and advanced boxers. Each session follows a classic boxing workout, which includes skipping, calisthenics, bag work, and one‑on‑one pad work with a certified, experienced coach. The focus is on great conditioning, learning the fundamentals, and improving skills in a supportive environment.
Female Recreational Boxing

Hey Ladies! Get the day started on the right foot – or should we say, punch!
You’ll warm up with skipping and shadowboxing, then move into heavy‑bag work and focus‑mitt drills. Each session wraps up with circuit training, core work, and a cool down. Whether you’re brand new or already confident, our coaches will guide you through the basics, so you get the most out of every workout. Always fun, always worth it.
Conditioning Class

Strength, Stamina, Agility and Flexibility.
Focus on the key components that elevate both your boxing skills and overall fitness. Open to competitive and recreational members, these classes use a circuit‑style format with boxing‑based movements at the core. Perfect for all levels, with every exercise easily modified to meet your needs.
Tech Boxing and Conditioning

Our Tech Boxing and Conditioning class is open to all levels and focuses on boxing technique, styles, footwork, balance, punching drills, and strategy. Each session includes a warm‑up, partner work, heavy‑bag training, skill development, and cardio. Guided by a certified, experienced coach, this class enhances your overall training with goal‑driven skill building in a supportive team environment.
Lunch Box
Coach Kelly Booth
The Lunch Box class is perfect for anyone looking to squeeze in a challenging mid‑day workout. Each session includes cardio, circuit training, heavy‑bag work, and pad work with a certified coach. It’s a great way to learn basic boxing skills, boost your fitness, and break up your day with something energizing.
Open Gym
Open Gym is available for anyone who wants to train independently. You will have access to the heavy bags and weight room. Coaching and classes and lockers are offered for an additional fee.
Run Club
Running is a key component of a boxer’s training. It can also be a lot of fun.
Run Club is open to competitive and recreational members. We will focus on running workouts that will help improve your boxing endurance, speed and general fitness.
Anyone afraid of being too slow need not worry, no runners left behind.
Please note: We run in all weather. Please dress appropriately.
Advanced tech box
Coach Rey Morales
This signature class puts boxing technique at the forefront, helping you refine and elevate your skills. Suitable for all experience levels, it builds endurance, power, speed, and flexibility while sharpening key technical elements like footwork, punching accuracy, reflexes, and hand speed. At its core, Advanced Tech Box emphasizes the essence of boxing: learning to hit—and not get hit.
